Cool App Tracks Where Cyclists Actually Ride to Improve Bike Routes

We spend a lot of time in cars, vans, and trucks during the week so it is not surprising that on the weekends, most of the All Around SoCal Courier team likes to get out and ride their bikes.

This is a really interesting article about a new app that tracks the routes cyclists take to help cities plan better bike paths.  Los Angeles and Orange County have improved markedly over the last several years by installing bike paths and trails, but there is still a long way to go if we want to make our communities truly bike friendly.

Not only would the improved cycling infrastructure help the environment and our collective wellbeing as a community, but it could also dramatically improve traffic conditions.
