What are you hours of operation?
We are open Monday through Friday from 7:30AM to 6:00PM for on-demand deliveries. For our 24 Hour approved contract accounts we are open 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, 365 days a year.
What areas do you service?

What can you deliver?
All Around can transport anything from an envelope up to several pallets and deliver these items in the same day. Products we trypically transport include: contracts, print proofs, legal documents, medications, laboratory specimens, medical records, billing records, product prototypes, aerospace parts, specialty tools, automotive parts, medical equipment, palletized goods and many other items. There are very few things we will not transport, but a few of these things include: living animals, illicit items, weapons, large sums of money and priceless art, to name a few.
What forms of payment do you accept?
We accept Visa, Master Card, Discover, American Express, cash and business checks. Note: personal checks are only accepted from our verified customers that we have long-standing relationships with.
Are you insured and licensed?
Yes, all of our drivers are insured up to $2 Million.
Are you OSHA and HIPPA certified?
All of our medical couriers are OSHA and HIPPA certified.
How often does All Around SoCal Courier invoice?
We bill out 3 times monthly. Invoices are sent out on the 10th, 20th and last business day of each month. For some contract accounts we bill according to agreed upon billing cycles and we can tailor our billing to fit most needs.
Do you offer electronic delivery notification?
Unless otherwise specified by client, we include an electronic Proof of Delivery (POD) for every shipment.
When is my payment due?
Our standard payment options are due-upon-delivery, but we can tailor our terms to meet most needs and we work out terms on a case-by-case basis.

Do you pickup and deliver on weekends?
Yes, we are open on weekends and on holidays for our contract customers.
